We then freshly extract our orange juice on a made-to-order basis using state-of-the-art commercial extraction equipment. This method of extraction provides the perfect balance of yield and quality by coring and compressing the fruit without exposing the delicious juice to the outside environment. Next, we gently pasteurize our juice to lock in the freshness and for food safety enhancement. This gentle method of pasteurizing provides the maximum level of food safety enhancement while retaining the nutrition and freshness of our world-class Orange Juice.
